October Here and Gone

I have been bombarded with tons of garden work. Trying to turn my backyard into a garden bliss of sweet tasting yum yum of heaven. Lucky for the rain we have had lately...those are the only days I have not worked in the garden. I have a small section left in the garden and I will be done. Then I can relax a bit and watch my garden go to work. When I wrote in September, I mentioned that I had 5 more raised beds to take down. Now, I only have two left. You have no idea how happy that makes me. I keep telling myself all this work will pay off soon. As I promised a few weeks ago, I said I would post more pictures of the progress in the backyard. So...... here it is! Go to my previous blog before this one and check out the pictures. You will be amazed at how much work has been done.

I decided to have a section with only herbs. I have rosemary, thyme and oregano in the boxes thus far.

We spent this past weekend working in the garden. My poor husband works five days a week and I put him to work on the weekends.

This part right here is the last section of the garden that I have to turn into rows.

I will post next month of the full transformation!
