"The soil is the great connector of lives, the source and destination of all. It is the healer and restorer and resurrector, by which disease passes into health, age into youth, death into life. Without proper care for it we can have no community, because without proper care for it we can have no community, because without proper care for it we can have no life." - Wendell Berry

Sow and Sow Gardens Home Grown Vegetables

I love what I do and do what I love. I grow food in my own back yard without chemicals. The food is grown organically and with love. My soil is organic and has over 70 minerals and trace elements. I use minerals in my soil to improve root systems, yields and general plant vigor in my garden vegetables. It gives the vegetables a chance to grow healthy and produce good nutritious veggies that taste great. On my blog I will have economical ways to save and recycle things we use on a daily basis and use those things in the garden.
